Printing a Report of File Updates

You use the File Update Inquiries option to print or display a report of all changes made to your Micronet master files which are stored in the audit file. You can customise the output of this report using the Micronet Report Generator (refer to "Reports - Report Generator").

  1. Open the Inquiry on Data screen

Refer to "File - File Update Inquiries".

  1. Select FILE | PRINT REPORT.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen.

  1. Select a format for the report then select Ok.

Micronet displays a User Defined Questions screen, which differs depending on the report layout you selected. This screen shows the User Defined Questions screen for the File Update Inquiry layout.

  1. Enter or select the starting and ending values for the report (e.g. user IDs, files or dates).
  1. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
